Application & Intensity – How your cryotherapy works

Application procedure
- 1Check-in & Consultation – brief assessment with blood pressure check and evaluation of individual suitability
- 2Clothing – You wear light sportswear or underwear. In addition, we provide protective clothing (gloves, socks, face mask, headband if needed). Jewelry and metal parts should be removed.
- 3Pre-chamber – short pre-cooling at −40 °C to −60 °C for about 30 seconds
- 4Main chamber – stay at −110 °C for 2.5–3 minutes – never longer
- 5Supervision & Visibility – trained staff accompany every session and ensure maximum safety
- 6Re-Warming – after leaving the chamber, gentle rewarming with light movement follows

How often is typical?
- •Acute conditions: up to 2 sessions per day possible
- •Chronic conditions: usually 1 session per day over 1–2 weeks
- •Classic setting: approx. 15 sessions within 21 days
- •Long-term maintenance: 1–2 sessions per week for stabilization
