Terms & Conditions

2.1 Booking:

Appointments can be booked online via our website. A booking is only binding after confirmation by the provider.

2.2 Payment:

Payment is due before the application. We accept the payment methods listed in Stripe. Invoices are due for payment immediately.

2.3 Prices:

All prices are in Euro including statutory VAT.

2.4 Responsibility & Utilization:

The person specified in the booking is deemed the contractual partner and is responsible for the booking. The service may also be utilized on-site by another person, provided that this is notified to the provider prior to the treatment and recorded in writing.

3.1 Preparation before application:

• Jewellery, watches, glasses, earrings, piercings etc. must be removed
• Skin should be dry and not freshly greased
• No alcoholic beverages on the day of the application
• No smoking one hour before the application
• Only enter the cryo chamber when well-rested
• No sauna or sports at least 2 hours before

3.2 Required equipment:

• Tight-fitting swimwear or underwear
• Face mask, ear protection, gloves
• Thick socks or closed shoes without metal
• Cap or headband to protect sensitive body areas

4.1 Procedure:

The application takes place in three steps:

4.2 Behaviour during the application:

• Light movement in the cryo chamber
• Breathe calmly (inhale through nose, exhale through mouth)
• The chamber can be left at any time if feeling unwell
• Maximum application time: 3 minutes

6.1 Personal responsibility:

The use and application of whole-body cryotherapy always and exclusively takes place at the customer's own risk.

6.2 Liability exclusion:

The provider assumes no liability to customers for damages that could arise from the application of cryotherapy.

6.3 Clarification:

By signing, the customer confirms that clarification has taken place, that they have fully understood the clarification and that the information and advisory sheet has been handed over to them.

6.4 No promise of healing:

For legal reasons, we would like to point out that our treatment methods are not medical therapy procedures in the sense of generally recognized conventional medical methods. The statements made here about the effects and properties of our therapy methods are based on our findings from various treatment approaches. We expressly point out that no promise of healing is made and that no relief or cure of diseases is guaranteed or promised. All offered therapy methods do not constitute a contractual offer or legally valid information and in no case replace personal consultation with qualified medical professionals. We also expressly point out that all information published here is not intended to enable self-diagnosis or to be used for self-treatment.

7.1 Cancellation by the customer:

• Up to 24 hours before the appointment: free of charge
• Less than 24 hours before the appointment: 100% of the fee
• No-show: 100% of the fee

7.2 Cancellation by the provider:

The provider reserves the right to postpone or cancel appointments due to technical problems or operational reasons.

9.1 Right of withdrawal for online purchases:

For online purchases, consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, this varies depending on the type of purchase:

9.2 Credit purchases (session blocks):

For purchases of session credits (single session without appointment, 5/10/20-packs), there is a right of withdrawal of 14 days from the conclusion of the contract, provided that no redemption (including partial performance) has yet taken place. In case of partial redemption, the right of withdrawal expires to that extent; a refund is only made for the unused portion.

9.3 Fixed scheduled bookings:

For fixed scheduled leisure services (e.g. cryo session on a specific date/time), there is no right of withdrawal according to § 18 para 1 Z 10 FAGG.

9.4 Exercise of withdrawal:

To exercise the right of withdrawal, a clear declaration via the cancellation function in the app or by email to graz@iamhotel.at is sufficient. In the case of a valid withdrawal, the provider refunds the amount paid within 14 days of receipt of the withdrawal declaration via the same payment method.

10.1 Principle:

Outside the statutory right of withdrawal, there is no entitlement to a refund. The provider may offer rebookings, credits or extensions at its own discretion.

10.2 Appointment bookings:

Cancellations of fixed booked appointments are possible free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment. For later cancellations or no-shows, a one-time free rebooking is offered.

10.3 Cancellation procedure:

All cancellation requests are manually reviewed. No automatic refund is triggered. The customer receives feedback by email within 2 working days about the decision.

11.1 Session credits:

Session credits (single session without appointment, 5/10/20-packs) are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase. After expiry, the credit is forfeited without replacement.

11.2 Vouchers:

Vouchers have individual validity periods that are communicated upon issuance.

11.3 No cash payment:

Cash payment of credits or vouchers is excluded - subject to mandatory legal rights. Already agreed appointments remain unaffected by expiry.

12.1 Payment service provider:

Payments are processed via Stripe Inc. Stripe's terms of use also apply.

12.2 Refunds:

Refunds are made - if provided for - after manual review exclusively by the provider via the payment method stored with Stripe.

13.1 Jurisdiction:

The place of jurisdiction is Graz, Austria.

13.2 Applicable law:

Austrian law applies.

13.3 Changes:

The provider reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to customers in good time.

13.4 Severability clause:

If individual provisions of these terms and conditions are invalid, the remainder of the terms and conditions remain unaffected.
